The Solana Pulse is committed to accurate, transparent, and responsible publishing. This policy explains how we review and correct material errors, handle updates and retractions, respond to editorial concerns, and apply ethical standards across news, analysis, sponsored content, visual material, and AI-assisted workflows.

Our Commitment

We aim to publish information that is accurate, properly attributed, clearly presented, and supported by reliable evidence. When a material factual error is identified and verified, we aim to correct it promptly and transparently.

• Accuracy takes priority over protecting a previous version of a story. • Corrections are based on evidence, not pressure for favourable coverage. • Readers should be able to understand what changed when a correction is material. • Editorial responsibility remains with The Solana Pulse, including where AI-assisted tools were used.

What Counts as a Correction

A correction may be required when published content contains a material factual error, inaccurate quotation, incorrect attribution, misleading description, wrong date, number, identity, link, market value, or other mistake that could meaningfully affect a reader’s understanding.

A disagreement with analysis, interpretation, tone, or editorial judgement does not automatically establish that a factual correction is required.

How to Report an Error

Readers, sources, projects, companies, and other affected parties may report a possible error by emailing [email protected] .

• Include the article URL and publication title. • Identify the exact sentence, figure, quotation, image, or claim in question. • Explain why it may be inaccurate or misleading. • Provide reliable supporting evidence, primary documentation, or an attributable statement where available.

Review Process

Correction requests are reviewed against the article’s sources, available records, official information, and any new evidence provided. We may contact the requester, author, source, project, or another relevant party when further clarification is necessary.

• A request is not accepted or rejected solely because it comes from the subject of an article. • Material evidence is evaluated independently of advertising, sponsorship, or partnership relationships. • We may decline requests that seek to remove accurate, relevant, and lawfully published information.

How Corrections Are Displayed

When a material factual error is corrected, the article may include a correction or editor’s note explaining the substance of the change. The wording and placement of the note will depend on the significance of the issue.

• Material corrections should not be concealed through silent replacement. • The corrected text should accurately reflect the verified information. • The note may identify when the article was corrected or materially updated. • A headline, image, social post, or metadata may also be corrected when necessary.

Minor Edits and Clarifications

Minor spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, link, readability, or style edits may be made without a formal correction note when they do not change the article’s material meaning.

A clarification may be added when the original information was not strictly false but could reasonably be misunderstood without additional context.

Updates to Developing Stories

Fast-moving stories may be updated as official statements, market data, filings, network information, or other verified details become available. An update is not necessarily a correction when the earlier version accurately reflected what was known at the time.

Material updates should distinguish newly confirmed information from earlier reporting and should not create a misleading impression about the original publication timeline.

Retractions and Content Removal

Retraction or removal may be considered when an article is fundamentally unreliable, unlawfully published, based on fabricated evidence, creates a serious safety risk, violates rights, or cannot be corrected without leaving a materially false impression.

• Removal is not the default response to criticism or reputational discomfort. • Where appropriate, a retraction or removal notice may explain why the original content is no longer available. • Legal, privacy, security, or safety considerations may limit the detail included in a public notice.

Accuracy and Fair Representation

Headlines, excerpts, images, captions, charts, and social-media summaries should fairly represent the underlying article. We do not knowingly publish fabricated facts, altered quotations, deceptive evidence, or false claims.

Criticism should be supported by relevant facts and context. Subjects of reporting should not be misrepresented merely to create stronger engagement or market reaction.

Sources, Attribution and Plagiarism

• Material facts and quotations should be attributed to their relevant source. • Third-party research, reporting, images, charts, and datasets should be credited appropriately. • Quotations must not be edited in a way that changes their meaning. • Plagiarism, undisclosed copying, fabricated attribution, and presenting another party’s work as original are prohibited. • Anonymous sourcing should be used cautiously and only when there is a legitimate editorial reason.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on relevance, evidence, public interest, reader value, and the significance of the subject. Advertisers, sponsors, partners, token issuers, protocols, or other commercial parties do not receive the right to approve independent editorial conclusions.

Payment does not guarantee positive coverage, removal of legitimate criticism, or a favourable correction decision.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors and editors should avoid undisclosed financial, professional, personal, or commercial interests that could reasonably undermine the credibility of their work.

• A material token holding, advisory role, employment relationship, investment, sponsorship, or other relevant interest should be disclosed where appropriate. • Editorial content must not be used to secretly promote or attack a project for personal financial benefit. • A contributor may be reassigned or removed from a story where a conflict cannot be managed responsibly.

Market Integrity and Manipulation

Because digital-asset coverage can affect market perceptions, we do not knowingly publish false urgency, fabricated rumours, coordinated promotional claims, or misleading certainty intended to manipulate prices, trading activity, or investor behaviour.

Predictions, estimates, rumours, and forward-looking statements should be identified appropriately and should not be presented as confirmed outcomes.

Sponsored and Commercial Content

Advertising, sponsored articles, paid placements, affiliate relationships, and commercial partnerships should be clearly disclosed so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial reporting.

• Sponsored status does not make an advertiser’s claims independently verified facts. • Advertisers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their claims, assets, and offers. • Commercial content may be rejected, changed, suspended, or removed when it conflicts with legal, editorial, security, or audience-safety standards.

AI-Assisted Content

AI tools may assist with research organisation, drafting, summarisation, formatting, visual development, or quality-control tasks, but they do not replace human editorial responsibility.

• AI-generated claims are not accepted as evidence or sources. • Material facts should be verified against reliable external information. • Fabricated quotations, identities, sources, events, or experiences are prohibited. • Errors introduced through AI-assisted workflows remain subject to the same correction standards as any other editorial error.

Privacy, Safety and Sensitive Information

We consider privacy, safety, copyright, legal risk, and the public interest when publishing personal or sensitive information. We avoid unnecessary disclosure of private details that do not materially contribute to the story.

• Personal information should be handled with appropriate care and lawful justification. • Doxxing, threats, targeted harassment, and publication intended primarily to create personal harm are not acceptable. • Extra care should be taken when reporting on private individuals, vulnerable people, or minors.

Respectful and Responsible Conduct

Reporting and commentary should focus on relevant conduct, claims, products, policies, transactions, or public actions. Discrimination, dehumanising language, unnecessary personal attacks, harassment, and knowingly abusive treatment of sources, subjects, readers, or contributors are inconsistent with our standards.

Complaints and Appeals

A person who believes a correction or ethics concern was not adequately addressed may reply to the original correspondence and request a further editorial review. The request should identify the unresolved issue and provide any additional evidence.

A further review does not guarantee a different decision, but it allows the matter to be reconsidered with the complete available record.
