AI Content Policy

The Solana Pulse uses artificial intelligence as an editorial assistance tool, not as a replacement for human judgement or responsibility. This policy explains how AI may support our publishing workflow, the safeguards applied before publication, and our commitment to an AI-assisted, human-reviewed editorial standard.

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Our Core Standard

Content published by The Solana Pulse may be created with assistance from AI tools, but it is not intended to be published solely on the basis of an automated output. Human editorial review remains part of the publishing process.

• AI-assisted, human-reviewed. • Human responsibility for final editorial decisions. • Verification of material claims against reliable sources. • Clear separation between confirmed facts, analysis, and speculation.

How AI May Be Used

AI tools may support selected parts of the editorial and production workflow, including:

• Organising research notes and publicly available information. • Summarising source material for internal review. • Assisting with drafting, rewriting, formatting, grammar, or clarity. • Supporting headline ideas, article structure, metadata, or content categorisation. • Helping identify inconsistencies, missing context, or areas requiring further verification. • Assisting with contextual illustrations or other editorial production tasks where appropriate.

Human Review and Responsibility

A human reviewer is responsible for evaluating content before publication. Review may include checking the article’s meaning, structure, sourcing, factual claims, tone, relevance, and compliance with our editorial standards.

• AI output is treated as draft material, not verified evidence. • Editors may revise, reject, expand, or remove AI-assisted material. • The final byline represents editorial accountability for the published article. • AI tools are not listed as authors because they cannot accept editorial responsibility.

Fact-Checking and Source Verification

AI-generated statements are not accepted as sources. Material claims should be verified using reliable external evidence before publication.

• Primary sources are preferred when reasonably available. • Official announcements, filings, technical documentation, governance records, public datasets, and direct statements may be used for verification. • Market values and time-sensitive data should be checked against an appropriate data provider and time context. • Unsupported claims, invented quotations, fabricated sources, or unverifiable statistics must not be presented as fact.

Prohibited Uses

The Solana Pulse does not permit AI tools to be knowingly used to:

• Fabricate facts, quotations, sources, identities, interviews, experiences, or evidence. • Create deceptive reporting or falsely imply first-hand access. • Present rumours, predictions, or speculation as confirmed information. • Plagiarise or disguise copied material from another publisher or creator. • Manipulate readers through false urgency, misleading certainty, or undisclosed promotional content. • Make automated decisions about individual users that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading outputs. They may also misunderstand context, confuse entities, invent details, or express uncertainty with inappropriate confidence.

For this reason, AI assistance does not remove the need for human judgement, source review, corrections, or independent reader verification—particularly for fast-moving market, regulatory, technical, and financial information.

Transparency and Disclosure

The Solana Pulse describes its overall publishing approach as “AI-assisted, human-reviewed.” We may provide additional disclosure when the role of AI is especially material to the nature of a specific article, visual, research output, experiment, or interactive feature.

Routine assistance with grammar, formatting, transcription, metadata, or internal organisation may not require a separate article-level notice when human editorial responsibility remains clear.

AI-Assisted Images and Visuals

AI-assisted or generated visuals may be used for contextual, illustrative, or editorial design purposes. Such visuals should not be presented in a way that falsely suggests they are documentary photographs, verified evidence, actual screenshots, or records of events that did not occur.

• Visuals should be relevant to the article and should not materially misrepresent the subject. • Misleading depictions of real people, companies, projects, documents, transactions, or events are not acceptable. • Additional labelling may be used where the synthetic nature of an image is important for reader understanding.

Privacy and Confidential Information

Personal, confidential, commercially sensitive, unpublished, or restricted information should not be entered into an AI tool unless there is a valid operational purpose and appropriate privacy, legal, contractual, and security safeguards are in place.

• Contact-form, advertising-enquiry, account, and subscriber information is not intended to be used as editorial AI training or prompt material. • Sensitive information should be minimised or removed before an AI-assisted workflow where possible. • Use of external AI providers should be limited to the relevant editorial or operational purpose.

Editorial Independence and Commercial Content

AI tools must not be used to conceal advertising, sponsorship, affiliate relationships, token promotion, or another commercial interest. Paid and sponsored content remains subject to the same disclosure requirements whether or not AI assistance was used in its production.

Commercial relationships do not permit advertisers or sponsors to control independent editorial conclusions.

Corrections and Accountability

AI assistance does not reduce our responsibility to correct material factual errors. If an AI-assisted workflow contributes to an inaccurate statement, misleading description, incorrect attribution, or other material issue, the content may be corrected, clarified, updated, or removed according to our editorial and corrections standards.

No Automated Financial Advice

AI-assisted content published by The Solana Pulse is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice. AI tools are not used as a substitute for qualified professional advice or a reader’s independent research and judgement.

Policy Review

We may revise this policy as our editorial workflow, AI tools, legal obligations, industry practices, or reader expectations develop. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
